Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the voip client (software you download from our website) works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Voipbuster) user name.

Yes you can, using your Voipbuster voipclient (software you downloaded from our website) or through the Voipbuster website after logging in.

Buying credits entitles you to 120 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 120 days at no costs. When the 120 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal (cheap) rate will be charged for these destinations.

Unfortunately not. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.

Yes, it is possible for a company to use the service but please note that at excessive use, a higher rate will be used.

^ topHow do I change the country in my invoice address ?

This is possible by logging in on the my account area and changing the county under 'personal details'. However changing the country from a European to a non-European country is not possible. In this case you would need to create a new account.

^ top"Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean ?

We offer free* calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these free* calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details.

^ topHow much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in (DID) number ?

This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.

^ topWill I receive an invoice ?

You will not receive an invoice by post. All call specifications and costs can be seen on your account page on this website.

^ topDoes Voipbuster contain any advertising or spyware ?
